CAI–PNW – Redmond Ridge Hike

It was a beautiful sunny Easter weekend to hike a loop from Redmond Ridge Village on trails around the Trilogy retirement community.

We hiked mostly on forested trails, by golf courses and clubhouses, across streets, down wooden stairways, over Colin Creek and other streams, and passed several storm water ponds and a viewpoint of Redmond Watershed Preserve wetlands. We saw geocaches hidden along the path from other users.

The hike was about five miles in length with little change in elevation. After the hike, we had lunch and socialized at Three Lions Pub at the Village at Redmond Ridge.

Participants on the hike were Glen Strachan (leader), John and Flo Burnett, Cam Bradley, Gerlinde Gruber, Joan Pryor, and guest, Jonathan Jones.
